Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping bag or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt safe until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
